Fleet for sea container transports
Transporting sea containers is TransPeltola’s best expertise. We have versatile fleet for transporting sea containers of all sizes and unloading various bulk products from containers, e.g. by tipping, blowing or pumping.

Side loader trailer
The self-loading side loader trailer uses its own cranes to lift the container on the ground and back on the container platform. No external crane or other personnel are required. Our side loader lifts 20′, 30′ and 40′ containers and its lifting capacity is 33 t. The side loader is ADR-equipped, so we can also lift tank containers / hazardous materials. The side loader is based in Kotka and Hamina region and our operating area is the whole Finland.
Inloaders and flatliners for glass and concrete element transport
We transport concrete elements using flatliner trailers and inloader trailers are used for flat glass transport. Both trailer types have a support system that allows fast loading and unloading and driver can do it on his own. Automatic support system makes this trailer type safe as it monitors the cargo securing duringt transport and tightens it automatically, if needed.
Special transport / low bed trailers
For special transports, we use 3- and 4-axle lowbed trailers that can extend to 20 meters and have a floor height of 85 cm. The lowbed trailers are well suited for transporting large objects and machinery, e.g. building elements, earthmoving equipment and forestry machines. The lowbed trailers have a loading capacity of 40 mtn and 50 mtn.

We transport concrete elements with flatliner trailers. The element loads are loaded at the factory on a transport rack, which the driver loads inside the flatliner independently. The load is supported by the trailer’s hydraulic clamps. Chain lashing is used for extra security from both ends of the trailer. Loading and unloading the flatliner is fast and the automatic support system increases safety during transport.
Inloader trailers are tailored to transport flat glass. The automatic hydropush support system makes loading and unloading the cargo fast. Driver can do it with no assistance from the plant or warehouse.
The hydropush support system also adds safety during transpot. It secures that the cargo is always tightly secured. If securing gets loose during transport, the hydropush sytems makes the tightened automatically.
